How we handle your data.

ZEAI is a UK-based AI consultancy. This page explains what data we collect when you visit zeai.co.uk or contact us, and what your rights are under UK GDPR.

Our position is simple: we collect as little as possible, we never sell anything, and you can ask us to delete what we have at any time.

Who we are

The data controller is ZEAI. You can reach us at hello@zeai.co.uk for any privacy-related question, including data access or deletion requests.

What we collect

We only collect data in two situations:

• When you visit the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated traffic data (pageviews, referrers, device type, country). It does not use cookies and does not identify you individually.
• When you book a discovery call. Bookings run through Cal.com. They collect your name, email, and the time you scheduled. This is necessary to deliver the call you booked.
• When you email us. Email correspondence stays in our inbox until you ask us to delete it.

We do not collect anything else. No marketing cookies, no third-party trackers, no fingerprinting.

Why we collect it

Analytics: legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs.

Bookings and email: to provide the service you specifically requested (a call or a reply).

Who we share it with

We use two data processors: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Cal.com (booking). Both have their own privacy policies and process data under standard GDPR-compliant terms.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained by Vercel for up to 12 months in aggregated form. Booking and email records are kept while there is an active relationship and for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to how we process it
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)

If we change anything material, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The current version always lives at this URL.
